📦 Estimated Delivery Times

Production and delivery typically take 2–3 weeks. We appreciate your patience during this process.

🎨 Mockups on request.

Mockups are sent only if you requested. If you requested a mockup before production begins, please note the following:

  • Mockup previews are sent via email. It is your responsibility to monitor your inbox regularly, including your spam/junk folder, as emails can occasionally be filtered.
  • If you have not received your mockup within 5 business days, please email us at contact@customjewelcompany.com so we can resend it promptly.
  • We will send periodic reminders, however, unanswered mockup emails for 15 days may result in order cancellation or production proceeding at our discretion.
  • Delivery timelines begin only after mockup approval is received. Any delays in approval will extend the estimated delivery date accordingly.

We want to make sure you love your piece before we create it — your timely response helps us deliver the best experience possible.

⏳ Extended Delays

In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs checks or other factors beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 business days, please email us at contact@customjewelcompany.com.

🚫 Non-Delivery of Items

If your order is in transit for more than 45 days, we will consider it non-delivered and issue a full refund or replacement.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey. Please note: once your parcel is handed over to your local courier, it becomes your responsibility to coordinate the final delivery. We encourage you to monitor your tracking updates closely.

⚠️ Important Reminder

  • Refunds cannot be issued for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address or refusal of the package.
  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
  • If you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

🌐 International Customers

We ship with DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) to minimize surprises. However, not all destinations support DDP. Customs regulations may change, and additional fees may still apply.

All duties and import charges are fully covered for deliveries to the following countries and regions:

USA, UK, EU countries, Australia, China, Turkey, UAE, Qatar, Canada, Mexico, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, and South Korea.

No additional customs fees will be required upon delivery in these locations.
