Mockup Approval Option

You can choose the mockup option while placing your order. If selected, we will prepare and send a digital mockup within approximately 1–2 business days for your confirmation.

The mockup can be revised based on your suggestions. We only move forward with production once you are fully satisfied with the design.

How It Works

  3. Choose mockup approval if you would like to review the design before production.
  4. We create your mockup within 1–2 business days if mockup approval is selected.
  5. You approve or request changes until the design looks right.
  6. Production begins once the mockup is approved.
  7. Your custom pins are made, inspected and shipped.

Production Time

Custom enamel pins go through several production stages, including mold creation, metal shaping, enamel coloring, polishing, plating, quality checking, and packaging. Because of this detailed process, standard production usually takes approximately 10–12 days before shipping.

If you need your order faster, you may choose rush production, which can reduce production time to approximately 7 days, depending on the design complexity and order quantity.

If your order is not urgent, we recommend choosing standard production so we can take the proper time needed for the best quality finish.

Shipping Options

You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Express shipping is available if you need your pins sooner after production is complete.
