• Can my logo be turned into a keychain? −
  Yes, most simple logos, initials, letters, symbols, and brand marks can be turned into custom metal keychains. Clean vector-style artwork works best. Please check our image/design guidelines before ordering to make sure your logo is suitable for this cut-out metal style.
• Can I have all the colors from my logo on the keychain? −
  No, these custom logo keychains are made in one single metal finish only, such as Gold, Silver, Rose Gold, or Black. Some internal details may be laser engraved in black, or white engraving on black keychains. For full-color designs, please check our custom enamel keychains instead.
• Will I receive a mockup before production? −
  Only if you request one. You can mention in the order notes that you need a mockup before production, or email/chat with us after placing the order. If no mockup is requested, we may begin production right away. If we need any extra information from you, we will contact you.
• Can I get a mockup before placing an order? −
  Yes, you can send your logo through chat or email and we can provide a mockup. However, priority is given to paid orders. We recommend placing the order and requesting a mockup in the order notes. If the mockup is not what you expected, you can request changes or cancel before production begins.
• What happens if I request a mockup? −
  If you request a mockup, we will not begin production until you approve it. Please check your email regularly, as delays in approval may delay your order.
• How do I upload my logo? −
  There is an upload field below the color/finish options on the product page. You can drag and drop your file or select an image/PDF from your device.
• What if I cannot upload my logo? −
  If the upload field is not working, you can email your logo to contact@customjewelcompany.com or send it through the chat button in the bottom-right corner of the website.
• Are these keychains engraved or cut out? −
  These keychains are usually made in a cut-out metal style, where the open/white areas in the mockup are negative space. Some details may be laser engraved depending on the design.
• Can I make changes after approving the mockup? −
  Once production begins, changes usually cannot be made. Please review the mockup carefully before approval, including size, finish, cut-out areas, and any engraved details.
• How can I discuss my design or project with you? −
