Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless we’ve sent the wrong item or if the product is defective or damaged. In such cases, we provide a free shipping label for returns, and in most instances, we may not even require the item to be sent back, depending on the situation.

Our Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your item. If your item qualifies for a return (e.g., wrong or damaged product), you can contact us within 30 days, and we will arrange the necessary steps to make things right.

For Final Sale Items
Please note that items purchased under discount or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns unless the wrong product was sent or the item is damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at contact@customjewelcompany.com if your item is damaged, defective, or if you've received the wrong product. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
