  • No, these custom logo pins are made in one single metal finish only, such as Gold, Silver, Rose Gold, or Black. Some internal details may be laser engraved in black, or white engraving on black pins. For full-color designs, please check our custom enamel pins instead.
  • Only if you request one. You can mention in the order notes that you need a mockup before production, or email/chat with us after placing the order. If no mockup is requested, we may begin production right away. If we need any extra information from you, we will contact you.
  • Yes, you can send your logo through chat or email and we can provide a mockup. However, priority is given to paid orders. We recommend placing the order and requesting a mockup in the order notes. If the mockup is not what you expected, you can request changes or cancel before production begins.
  • If you request a mockup, we will send a design mockup by email for your approval before production begins. Please check your email regularly, as delays in approval may delay your order. If we do not receive a response to the approval email within 2 weeks, we may proceed with production or cancel the order at our discretion.

  • No, these custom logo pins are available with butterfly clasp or safety pin backing only. If you need magnetic backing, please check our custom enamel pins instead.
  • It depends on your logo. These pins are usually made in a cut-out metal style, where the open/white areas in the mockup are negative space. Some intricate details may be laser engraved depending on your logo/design.
  • Once production begins, changes usually cannot be made. Please review the mockup carefully before approval, including size, finish, cut-out areas, and any engraved details.
  • Most custom logo pins are made around 1–2 inches wide, but larger sizes may be available for an additional cost. You can mention your size requirements in the order notes field.
